Today for Lunch at Luigi's, The Avocado BLT with Tomato-Jalapeno Jam.
It's kind of like the BLT you remember as a kid with a big time grown-up twist. As we all know, avocados make nearly everything better, and this sandwich is no exception. Smokey bacon, crisp lettuce, tangy tomatoes and Fannita's Marbled Rye make a great sandwich by themselves, but add the avocados, garlic mayo, and our own homemade tomato-jalapeno jam take this over the top!

Summer is here. It's that time of year when the back of your neck burns, you get used to the sizzle of thighs on car seat vinyl, and nothing feels sweeter than that first step into the grocery store.
When it's too hot to cook, and it's too hot to eat heavy grub from the fast food joint on the main drag, stop by for a little something fresh from your friends at Luigi's!
Try our new Crispy Shrimp Salad Wrap.
Large, crispy shrimp give just the right texture when mixed with Tuscan greens, sweet Valencia orange segments, ripe avocado slices, tangy crumbled feta, shaved Parmesan, and this amazing citrus vinaigrette that pulls it all together in a grilled flour tortilla. We even served it with a side of fresh fruit to keep you marching towards that Friday finish line.

It's so light and so good! Today only for Lunch at Luigis!
This one is going to sound a little strange, but I want you to stay with me here. I swear to you that it's good. I took pieces of a lot of different things that I really like and combined forces to come up with this wierdo of a sandwich.
It's kind of like that old Johnny Cash tune where he built a car with parts from two decades. At the end it was a bit of mess but it was awesome and NO ONE had anything like it. In that vein, we bring you the Sloppy Chicken Sandwich.
Fried chicken breast on a pretzel roll with Swiss-American cheese, quick pickled red-cabbage with jalapeno and bacon, topped with Applewood sliced bacon and a sweet and spicy whole grain honey mustard sauce. Just like grandma used to make, right?
It's a hot mess in a good way, I promise! The Sloppy Chicken Sandwich, it's What's for Lunch at Luigi's!
